Wendi Hill


Wendi Hill is the President of Market Momentum. She’s paid her dues at marketing and consulting firms, working on all types of B2B and B2C accounts before starting her own firm in 2005.

At Clemson University, she received a bachelor of science degree in marketing and a master of science degree in industrial management.

She loves helping her clients define their goals and what they do best, then she and her team develop and execute a solid plan to move their business forward.

Wendi lives in Greenville, SC with her two funny children and several rescue dogs.

Matt Pelicano

Vice President
Digital Director

Matt Pelicano is the Vice President and Digital Director of Market Momentum.

His professional experience ranges from federal legislative lobbying in Washington, DC to IT Business Development, financial management and web development right here in Greenville, SC.

His expertise in business consulting and all-things-digital has been forged by nearly 25 years working with both Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses, alike.

A New York native, Matt and his three creative children are proud to call Greenville, SC their home.

David Fahr

Media Director

David Fahr is the Media Director of Market Momentum.

He is a media planning and buying professional with 20 years of experience across a broad range of both B2C and B2B industries.

David has extensive expertise in media strategy development, media planning and buying, digital advertising, social advertising and search engine marketing (SEM).

We don’t hold it against him that he’s a Michigan fan.

Christa Sorauf

Creative Director

Christa Sorauf is the award-winning Creative Director of Market Momentum.

She attended the Honors College at the University of South Carolina and received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and advertising.

Upon graduating she was hired by Erwin Penland, one of the largest advertising agencies in the southeast, and became their associate creative director.

Over the past two decades, she has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and has received over 100 awards from the American Advertising Federation for her client work.

Glenn Weaver

Director of
Graphic Design

Glenn Weaver is the Director of Graphic Design for Market Momentum.

His several years of experience and expertise spans the spectrum of IT Communications, Business Administration, and Communications Coordination and Planning.

Utilizing various tools, such as Adobe CC, his professional acumen includes original creation and artistic development of digital and print collateral, including newsletters and e-newsletters, brochures, poster and banner layout, website layout, logo design, and video editing and production for both profit and non-profit companies.

A Pittsburgh, PA native and ardent Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fan, Glenn now lives in the Upstate with his wife and four children.

Andy Pelicano

Digital Artist
and Support Specialist

Andy Pelicano is Market Momentum’s new Digital Artist and Support Specialist.

Andy is an accomplished graphic designer, media editor, and technology enthusiast.

When he isn’t punching robots in VR, he’s creating beautiful photos, videos, and other visual media for our clients, or he is trying to create the perfect balance of alcohol and taste in a new mead. There is no in-between.

Andy lives in the Greenville, SC area with his Golden-Pyrenees, Jack.
